looks like I'm back to my old self again. Yesterday, after HOPE food distribution I watched the rest of Love Shuffle.
Which is actually like, 5 hours nonstop.

I can't believe this is the first drama I've seen since junior year began. sigh.

gahhh I told myself I would start my homework earlier this morning. But I still can't get over Love Shuffle. It's too cute, too cute T___T

hello, it is 6:26 AM and I am still procrastinating on my essay. lols.


it's finally november, & hell month October is finally over! FINALLYYYYY!! (: SAT went okay, Cross country was one of the best experiences all through my high school career so far (last practice today! last meet tomorrow!), piano practical went well (tehe my examiner was british!), theory test was pretty good too.
Soo, I'd say this weekend was a pretty good reward for last week & october! whooot (:

First off, Maskeyrade! A lot of people said that it wasn't all that fun, but it's because they LEFT EARLY. Like, in the early awkward stages of a dance where nobody wants to be the first ones on the dance floor. OF COURSE IT'S GONNA BE LAME THEN! I swear, half the oxford people left, and people from other schools probably left early too.
But I guess truthfully, it could have been a little better. I was so excited about it when I first heard about it, but then as time went by before the actual dance, my excitement pretty much died.
BUT! I'd say I had a good time. I didn't know like 95% of the songs the DJ played. And the food wasn't free. And the lights had to stay on because of security. And my aunt chaperoned o__o;. In the end though, those things shouldn't stop you from letting loose and having fun. ( i hid from my aunt in big clumps of people puahah. ).
But anywho, watching the opportunity dance was fun :] & I got so dead tired at the end. But right before I left I got free pasta! YUMMYYYY. And balloons too. haha yayy.

You know you're getting obsessed with an anime all over again when you start hearing its original songs playing in the background to the different scenes of your life.

I was behind 10 episodes and caught up in less than 3 days. I'm rewatching episodes from the height of the Soul Society arc- episodes I haven't seen in about, oh, 2 years or so.

holy crap.
well it wasn't as bad as I thought... I should have ran slower on our warmup mile >:[ But anyway after like the first round around the huge@ss block I got used to being tired. But I really wanted to go swimming ;___; And I really wanted a smoothie. If only I had a pool... coughcoughhack.
lol I need a better sunblock too >.< I will NEVER get a sunburn, NEVER! D:< I need more shorts, more water, more shirts, new shoes blahblahblah. *SOME* PEOPLE NEED TO START SHOWING UP THOUGH! But overall the people in xc are really cool (:

BEACH DAY

Saturday! :]

Finally~ It's been such a long time since I've gone to the beach.[oh wait.. never mind I went 2 weeks ago in San Diego with the family..]

but anyway. it was so much fun! Very nice to be out in the beach air~ Even though it made my hair all sticky. BUT THAT'S A-OKAY! Totally worth it :]

When we first got there, we walked around the blocks of shops across from the pier looking for a Carl's Jr [soo typical haha xD] We even asked a cop if there were any around.. and she said that there was one downtown [I think she even offered us a ride, but at that point we were too disappointed to listen carefully xP]

Eventually [after muuuch walking] we settled on this one small hot dog place :] I was the only one who ordered food -___-x But the others ate my french fries hahah. THE HOT DOG. OH MY GOODNESS. THE HOT DOG WAS SO GOOD. Even better than Costco :o sighh. hot dog<3
ahh~ At that point I was very satisfied :] We were at the pier watching the CRAZY SURFERS! IT WAS SO COLD, AND THEY WERE OUT SURFING! Oyy.

And there were a lot of little huts selling jewelry and sunglasses and whatnot along the sidewalk of the pier. It was lots of fuun looking at it all.
AND AND AND. There was a Walgreen's Walmart tent giving out free juice, water, CANDY, and pencils! Dude that made my day xD Yayyy FREE CAPRI-SUN AND TWIX BARS. :}

And then we eventually went into the water o---o' Crazy Karthika and Rhianna actually went SWIMMING. lool. I didn't have any swimming clothes (other than my board shorts..) so I just stood thigh-level into the water. But that didn't matter, because my shirt got soaked anyway -____-; The water was icy at first, but then it got... warmer. It was just cold outside the water, that's all xD I went up early because I was starting to feel reaaally icky (the sand kept getting into the back of my knees, where I still have some leftover eczema..), and I walked alllll the way to the showers. One was empty, which was pretty weird o__o; Now that I think about it, maybe I cut all the people waiting in line. haha oops.

And then, when I went back, I waited in the bike lane for Danna to hurry up and get a towel for me (since I was still wet and I didn't want to get all sandy again x]) And this one JERKFACE skidded his bike right in front of my face trying to scare me. But I didn't flinch D:< [party because I wasn't paying attention lool]. And then when Danna was taking too long and I decided to just cross, I almost got hit by a biker xD wheeew >.<;

Rhianna and Karthika FINALLY came out of the water and took FOREVER at the showers, so meanwhile me and Danna made a sand cake :D I made it marblee cake haha. When they came back, we drew a court in the sand and played volleyball xD But I was feeling particularly lazyy. so I just let Danna hit everything :}

We left the beach at around 5-ishh, and it took FOREVER to get home. But I had lots of fun :] I'm glad I ditched my homework and essay for it, hahaa.

The actual dance may have sucked (haha I don't really know about this since I don't have any other high school dances to compare it to). But it wasn't about whether or not the dj was played the songs you wanted him to, or what kind of food there was, or if you had man candy to slow dance with(;]). It was about getting on the dance floor and letting it all out. Throwing yourself out there. Not caring if other people stare at you weird because you're uncoordinated [sorry ashley for stepping on your feet :P Although technically you were the one who chose to wear sandals]. Just having fun. Letting loose.

Well...I think I'm gonna be pretty crammed tonight. Even though I finished all my written homework early (I even worked on Friday night in order for a free Sunday D: That didn't work out the way I thought it would lol.)
Antigone is a pain in the butt, so I don't think I'm gonna end up studying too much for that. I feel like I should get a head start on homework too, but...

there's never enough time. I really wonder how I manage to get things done on time without shooting myself in the head sometimes.

I was supposed to get Girl Scout Cookies today D:<. I ordered them from this sweet blonde little girl going door-to-door a while ago, and she said that she'd have them delivered today (I even wrote it down in my calendar!). The little sneaks.

I am supersupersupersupersuper glad that Math and Chem are done and over with. I'm not sure how I did on Finals, but...let's not think about that now D: What's done is done. 

I am also supersupersupersupersuperr glad for this weekend! :) Can't wait. I need. to get my dosage of dramas. Desperately. hahaa. 

Although I guess I shouldn't be celebrating yet, Spanish finals tomorrow D: & I know nothing from this year; remember nothing from last year. >.>
